Friendly owner and good soba. The air of the Japanese traditional house was wonderful and peaceful. You may need to take off shoes depending on where your table is. We enjoy their very good soba made of different buckwheat. I really want to come back in an evening to taste their sake.

Ayabe's soba restaurant that I've been interested in for a long time. Arrived before opening. There is a parking lot on the left after turning, but the bike is on a gravel road, so the kind shop owner told me to park in front of the weeping cherry tree on the asphalt pavement, which helped me 🤭. Even though it was five minutes before the store opened, it was hot, so I was kindly guided to enter the store. The atmosphere inside the store has both a retro feel and an elegant feel, making it a very relaxing space. 1.5 servings of 100% buckwheat noodles "Monobe" for my son and myself Also, I had a dashi roll. 😋 Perhaps because of the lighting, it looked like it was sparkling, and when I took a bite with the salt, I felt the flavor, sweetness, and surprising elasticity of the soba. The thickness of the noodles is slightly thinner than medium thickness. The match with the soup is exquisite ❣️ It is said that a soba restaurant with delicious dashimaki is delicious, but there is no complaint! Furthermore, "It's a service, so try eating Nukimi's Hatta, though you're twenty-eight." Also, unlike Monobe, I was impressed by the increased elasticity, the flavor and sweetness of buckwheat noodles. If you come to Ayabe and eat soba, you definitely can't miss here. I would like to visit again.

Since it was late, I couldn't get the 100% soba dish. However, the owner was kind enough to serve me a small amount of 100% soba that cannot be sold as a product. The texture was definitely different from Nihachi soba. The soba noodles are also fried and delicious. The dashi rolls were also fluffy, soft and delicious.
