On the way back from Kyoto, I was wondering what to have for lunch and wanted to eat soba, so I looked it up. Among the various shops that have appeared, Condition ① Route ②Shops with many ⭐︎ marks on Google Maps ③ I started looking for a place near the end of lunch, so I could eat slowly. Fulfilling the three conditions, this restaurant was open for lunch until 3:00 p.m. Is it mainly at night? Is the parking lot limited to 3 cars? I managed to fit my car in the narrow street, and when I went inside, I found a counter seat. There are two table seats with sunken kotatsu. Since I came with my family, I was guided to a table. I was excited when I heard the word 100% soba, and when I looked at the menu everything looked delicious and the mini bowls were reasonably priced. Each person ordered one and tried mini-don and soba brats for the first time. I had never experienced such a light and crunchy taste of kakiage, the elegant accompaniments were also delicious, and above all, the chewy and slightly rough texture of the soba noodles was the best. The elegant atmosphere, the chopstick rests, how to place your chopsticks, and the female staff member who explains the food? Is your husband the one making it? I thought that the atmosphere of the two of them as a couple created a calm atmosphere in the store. I have fond memories of my child's pre-birthday celebration, where I was greeted politely by the two of them when they arrived and when they left.
Both the soba and soup are delicious! I ordered the two types of soba set, which is only available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. It comes with a small side dish, small dashi rolls, kamaboko, and kelp, and is beautifully arranged. I'm also happy that all the noodles are made with 100 percent soba. I even got the soba soup and it was a complete meal!
