More Comments at Google MapIt was a soba restaurant that I had wanted to go to for about 5 or 6 years a long time ago! My wish has finally come true! Good store layout! When you go up the stairs, you'll see a magnificent sample case in front of you! Then, I looked around the store and thought, Wow! This is the soba restaurant! I had lunch with my daughter who loves soba... I went to the menu to order right away, and there were so many items to choose from, but I chose tempura, zaru soba, kabayaki eel, dashimaki omelet, dango zenzai, and soba ice cream. It was a very satisfying lunch time.
This is a shop that I have been to many times since long ago. Until the end of last year, there was a store on the south side of Kyoto Station (Kamitoba store), but unfortunately it closed. In the Kansai region, only the Hieizan main store and Yamashina store are available. ✦Soba: It's not 100% soba, Among soba restaurants, Tsuruki soba is the best. The good smell of dashi soup drifting in the shop. ✦Quality: Decent. the material. Tempura is also recommended. It's going up quickly. By the way, there are many varieties such as Unaju and salmon roe bowls, The soba-centric menu is recommended rather than the rice bowl. ✦The set meal of the day is around ¥1,300 and has a lot of content, so if you go, please do. ✦ Inside: The nostalgic atmosphere of the Showa era is also good. ✦Other: Dried noodles that you can eat at home and Yatsuhashi from Kyoto are sold in front of the cash register. (all reasonably priced) ✦ Reservation: I made an inquiry by phone, but it seems that the system does not allow reservations. It's the form of going in the middle of the day. ✦ Parking lot: There is a space where about 10 cars can be parked. There is also an elevator.
Taste good. Every time I have friends visiting, I will definitely eat eel rice and soba noodles with them. It is very cost-effective.
