I ate Kamo Nanban soba (かも南蛮そば). This is my first time experiencing such delicious and amazing noodles in my life. The more you chew, the more sticky it feels. Unlike other buckwheat soba, these noodles are easy to break and eat. Above all, when you drink the soup, you can feel the fragrant yuzu scent until the very end.
