Simply said here are the best soba noodles I have ever had and I have lived in Japan over 40 years.!

The journey from downtown Kyoto to the restaurant was difficult as it was a series of curves in the mountains, but the food such as soba and tochi mochi was delicious. They also served soba noodles with chewy texture, various seasonings, soba tea, and buckwheat konpeito. It was a store that I would like to go to again even if it is far away.
