More Comments at Google MapI visited on the night of June 2022. It was a delicious restaurant with appetizers and fish. We had conger tempura and kamayaki, and delicious sake. The owner is kind and I would like to visit again.
For fish dishes, this is the best kappo restaurant around here. For lunch, there are 3 recommended set meals that change with the season and about 20 other standard set meals, all priced at under 1,000 yen. It's especially recommended when you're doing the daily seafood menu, and I'm sure to go there every year for the simmered rockfish in the spring, the conger eel in the summer, and the fried oysters in the winter. In addition, the miso soup stock of this restaurant is taken from the fish bones of the set meal, and the pickles also serve Kyoto-style pickles that change every day. It is very rare to find a restaurant that serves set meals in this price range without miso soup or pickles.
The soup stock is delicious. Japanese sake is also abundant. Lunch and à la carte are delicious, but kaiseki meals that you reserve in advance are the best! "The general may seem unfriendly at first glance, but he's just a poor talker and has a craftsmanship, so he's definitely skilled (*^^*)
