We had been struggling to find vegetarian food since our arrival in Japan and were checking the menu when a woman inside beckoned us in. We showed her a card which outlined the things that we couldn't eat and they were able to accommodate them all. Very tasty food, lovely service, would definitely return if we lived here :)

There are some people who misunderstand this restaurant as a Japanese-style Chinese restaurant and think that the food they've eaten so far is Chinese, and give it a low rating because it's spicy, but it's a restaurant that recreates authentic Sichuan cuisine. The owner is from Chongqing, so calling it a reproduction might be rude. I took a Chinese man from Sichuan province to try hotpot, and he was all smiles when he said it was an authentic taste. It may not be suitable for people who don't like spicy food or spices, but there aren't many restaurants where you can eat authentic Chinese food at this price. The price is almost the same as eating locally, but it's actually cheaper and feels like a good deal.
