Shinpuku Saikan Daigo Branch ramen Store name: Shinpuku Saikan Daigo store Location: Fushimi Ward, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture I went to ``Shinpuku Saikan Daigo Branch'' because it opened a new store in Fushimi Ward, Kyoto City. When I actually tried the Chinese noodles at Shinpuku Saikan Daigo branch, I found that the soup was made with chicken bones and pork bones, and the soup was mixed with a strong tamari soy sauce, giving it the exact taste of Shinpuku Saikan. The seasoning is similar to that of the directly managed store at Daimaru Kyoto store, which I thought was a delicious branch of Shinpuku Saikan. Come to think of it, the menu is the same as the main store, so I thought it was a directly operated restaurant. The soy sauce is not as spicy as it looks, and the taste of the soy sauce at the Daigo store was just as spicy as the main store, so it was very delicious.

The fried rice was delicious with strong seasoning, but some people might find it too salty. There was plenty of chashu.

It opened in my neighborhood so I stopped by. Shinpuku Saikan for the first time in several years ... I got Chinese soba and fried rice. The same deliciousness and aroma... As someone who loves Shinpuku Saikan, I'm happy to have it in my neighborhood.
