Ordered Chinese noodles and fried rice. Both taste good. Please try it when you visit Maizuru.

This is an old-fashioned Chinese soba restaurant located in the town near the station. It is a long-established store, and is run by a husband and wife who are probably married. When I think of Minazuru, I have an image of “Champon”, so I always order Champon. Unlike Nagasaki champon, stir-fried vegetables with ankake sauce are placed on top of the chuka soba, so it goes well with the noodles and you can enjoy it hot until the end. Noodles are very delicious, as well as soups and stir-fried vegetables. Among the Chinese soba and ramen shops in Maizuru, I think the taste of the noodles is top level. The interior of the restaurant is rustic and has about 10 seats.
