Amazing tempura for a very reasonable price. Tempura was done exceptionally well with fresh ingredients. The chef and the staff were very friendly.

This is a tempura restaurant. They have both an English and French menu and if there is any confusion they bring the raw item to the table to play charades to ensure you are happy first. The tempura batter is light and tasty. The white wine (terranoble?) was the best wine I've had in Asia. Most seats are up at the bar, but there is tables. Highly recommended if your in the area.
