Kyoto, Japan｜Tandoori & Curry aBu

Although the portion of curry you get compared to other Indian or Nepalese restaurants in Kyoto can be a little smaller here, it makes up for it in the quality of naan, appetizers, and the spiced chai at the end of the meal. It is just 100-200 yen more expensive than other similar places, but when you taste the curry and other foods here you will know you are getting a little higher quality. Overall I was very pleased with the food and would recommend it to any curry enthusiasts!

Really delicious lunch. We tried two curries that incorporated Japanese flavours (bamboo shoots and wasabi). Also the best chai! Lovely, modern interiors and friendly staff.

I had a pleasant experience there. I do recommend going there for a lunch. They offer a convenient price for delicious curries.
