Nice street side spot to get some food and drink. The draft beer is nice. The owner is nice and very honest. I (a tourist) accidentally gave him way too much money for the bill and he let me know I had given the incorrect amount and only charged me the correct price. He’s a good man.

Delicious takoyaki balls at a super reasonable price. The octopus inside was a good size too, as some places often put in a tiny bit of octopus. But this place was reasonable. They were ready to take away as soon as I ordered and the customer service was quick and efficient. You can customise the type of sauce you on the balls - can be normal, spicy or soy sauce flavour. Definitely recommend when you’re hungry and need a quick bite!!

Authentic Kyoto style Takoyaki shop. You can also enjoy draught beer (Premium malts!) and other alcohol there. Price is also inexpensive unlike other bars in Kyoto. Don't miss fantastic housemade smoked egg and takoyaki!
