Thank you to everyone who recommended this place, we had a delicious meal! The (presumably) husband and wife team busied themselves in the kitchen cooking and providing explanations for the badly translated menu. Seating around 20 people, this is a smoking allowed restaurant but we didn’t notice when people did smoke. Highly recommended!

Found this little yakitori place by accident and couldn't be more happy about it. The couple that runs it are super friendly, the atmosphere is that of a long-standing neighborhood staple, and the food is great. If you are looking for that classic cozy yakitori vibe where you can sit at the bar and attempt broken Japanese conversation with the chef as he turns skewers over a smoking hot grill, this is the place. Try the chicken skin.
