2023/03 Sunday 12:00, 1 table and 3 counter seats were vacant. I ordered Sakurajima chicken fillet tempura and Tsukemen (large serving). It was busy and took about 15 minutes. The udon noodles are slightly thick noodles with shiny edges. It has a good firmness and chewy feel. The dipping sauce looks thick and rich, and is topped with fish meal. I could taste the flavor of oil cake, but it wasn't strong at all, and contrary to its appearance, it had a very elegant taste. The crispy fried chicken fillet tempura has the richest seasoning I've ever had at a udon restaurant. It also seems to be good for drinking alcohol.
Located under the elevated Kintetsu Fushimi Station, it is easily accessible by train. The noodles here have a nice chewy texture and a slight sweetness from the wheat. This time, I chose the Ushiwakamaru, which is topped with domestic Wagyu beef, fatty dregs, and beef tendon. The flavor permeated into the soup stock in a very nice way and it was delicious. The table seats are spacious and could easily accommodate 6 people, so 4 people could sit comfortably.
