First time visiting. Although it was before noon, there were already many customers. As I looked at the menu on the wall, the staff member explained the menu carefully. I ordered two birds with one stone curry and Kasanemori parent and child. Both items arrived in about 6-7 minutes. It was pretty quick which was good. The curry kills two birds with one stone, with large pieces of vegetable tempura and chikuwa tempura on top, making it crispy and delicious. The curry is thick and slightly spicy and easy to eat. It also goes well with chewy, thick udon noodles. When you eat udon, the rice comes out from inside, and when mixed with curry, the flavor becomes even more delicious. For parents and children with Kasanemori, it's a combination of Oyakodon with chicken tender and udon. Oyakodon has just the right amount of flavor, which is a little different from the strong seasoning that you often get when eating out. The udon is also chewy and the combination of oyakodon and udon is quite delicious. Both dishes were quite filling and I was satisfied. I wonder if the shop is run by a husband and wife. Both of them were very courteous. I would like to go again if I have a chance.

After seeing Amanohashidate, I took a sightseeing boat and strolled around the town, then came to a traditional udon restaurant near Miyazu Station. I had Miyazu seaweed udon 🍜 There's also plenty of piping hot chikuwa filled with seaweed. The thick noodles are also characteristic, and you can enjoy carefully selected udon noodles. The soup stock is also effective and goes well with the renovation. Since you are so close to the sea, we recommend the udon noodles with seaweed. After eating, you can walk again and take a sightseeing boat to Amanohashidate🚢, or you can also go to Amanohashidate by train from Miyazu Station🚃

A handmade udon shop in front of Miyazu Station. The inside of the store is beautiful and clean. Good customer service. Measures against the coronavirus were also taken seriously. I ordered the ``Haikara Dondon'' (1000 yen including tax), which is a set of udon and egg bowl (small). A deep and gentle flavor with a strong bonito soup stock. The noodles are soft and chewy, similar to Osaka udon. It was delicious. In the egg bowl, the eggs are half-cooked and are creamy, almost soup-like. Like udon, the soup stock is effective. It's different from the orthodox egg bowl, so your tastes may vary, but personally I was hooked.
