Kyoto, Japan｜Teppan-damashii Satoshinchi

Fantastic place! Would recommend checking it out. We ordered the Okonomiyaki, Tonpeiyaki, and Yakisoba and draft beers and everything was delicious and arrived relatively quickly, and the prices were pretty solid. The beers had a nice head, the Yakisoba was sweet, savory, and sticky, the okonomiyaki was light, but crispy on the outside, and the tonpeiyaki was topped with fluffy egg whites that went great with the pork, which was already cut up for us. Staff was super helpful, served us immediately and provided recommendations and an English menu. The place is very cozy as well. We went around 8:30pm and were the only ones there. Overall, 10/10

A delight and surprise. Very clean and wonderful flavours. English menu assisted and one of the staff has good English. Chef is friendly and just so talented. Locals and travellers seem to find the lovely little restaurant.

It was a great time. An authentic Japanese experience, nice people and ambience. The prices and food are really good. They speak English. I highly suggest going here.
