I had a special lunch for a little commemoration. I never thought I would be able to have such an elaborate and luxurious lunch at Daigo! Is it much better to eat delicious food in a homely atmosphere than the fancy restaurants in the city? Anyway, it's delicious and I want to go there many times😋

Although it is called a bistro, the cuisine is French with creative dishes added. Surprisingly, the combination of appetizer herring roe and bitter melon was properly desalted and had a wonderful texture without any odor. Other soups, risottos and pork cutlets are also delicious. The chef looks intimidating, but the food is mildly seasoned.

Went for Sunday lunch. The minestrone was especially delicious! ! The tail soup, the main of the day, and the omelet rice were all delicious. I also liked the chocolate cake because it was moderately sweet with Western liquor. It is good because there is no loss!
