More Comments at Google MapI happened to see it from the castle tower and stopped by. The parking lot has about 8 spaces at the Koriyama Castle Ruins, so you will need to park at a parking lot near Kintetsu Koriyama Station and walk there. The shop is located on the grounds of Koriyama Castle ruins. There are plenty of dishes and desserts available, making it perfect after a stroll. The staff at the store are also friendly and comfortable.
I had ginger ale and parfait. It was refreshing to be outside due to the season. You can see it from the observation deck of the castle ruins ♪ It's basically self-service. Prices are normal (not tourist prices)
A banya cafe in the ruins of Yamatokoriyama Castle. There are only a few seats inside and 10 tables outside. There are morning, curry, drink, parfait, etc., and the inside of the store smells delicious curry. I made a mixed sandwich set for morning. The sandwich was spicy and the iced coffee was delicious. There is a seat with a circle so that it is okay to bring dogs, and a foot washing area is also available. The entrance of the store is a stepping stone, but there is a separate entrance for wheelchairs, so it can be used by wheelchairs. There are toilets for men, women and wheelchairs. It just opened the other day, so all the facilities are new and very clean. Yamatokoriyama City is planning to improve the castle park, and the Gokuraku Bridge in the castle was restored this year, and five years ago, the stone wall was dismantled and reassembled in the same position to create an observatory. Work is still underway on the park. It is recommended to use the cafe on a sunny day and take a walk around the castle and town. Most of the seats are outdoors on the terrace, so it is not recommended to go all the way on a rainy day.
