I immediately stopped by Koryocho in Nara because the new ramen shop was highly rated. It was produced by the owner of Ichibiri in Kashihara. Unlike Ichibiri, they offer ramen and tsukemen that mainly use seafood-based chicken broth, so I ate tsukemen and char siu rice bowl. The dipping sauce that makes you feel the seafood is delicious in the sweetness of the chicken white water is delicious, and the char siu is one large piece. The staff was only women and the store was clean. The customer service is not good, but it is a shop that can be recommended. I ate a special chicken hot water. Since it is a seafood-based dish, the sweetness of the chicken paitan goes well with the umami of the seafood. At the moment, it's only ramen with chicken broth and tsukemen, but I'd like to see more menus.

It opened a while ago near my house, and there was always a line, so I was curious! I ordered a special ramen bowl and a char siu rice bowl, both of which were very delicious! Ramen is rich and hot. The flavor of the seafood was good and deep. The char siu rice bowl also had a lot of diced char siu, and it was satisfying to eat! This is just my personal impression, but I felt that the seasoning of the char siu rice bowl was a little strong. The ramen is rich, so if you eat alternately, the flavor of the ramen will be blown away by the richness of the char siu rice bowl. I thought. But I think this is a matter of personal preference. The shop was run brightly and energetically by three women. I heard that the tsukemen is still being prepared and will be on sale soon. I think the combination of this thick soup and thick noodles is absolutely delicious, so I'm looking forward to it! I thought that the days of ramen shops with slippery floors run by a father wrapped in a towel were over, and I left feeling very satisfied (laughs). As long as I'm happy to have one more favorite ramen shop! Repeat is confirmed ☆

My husband and I visited this place as I had been interested in it for some time. As a pregnant woman, I would have been happy if there was a chair outside to wait ^^; When I entered the store, a female clerk took care of me and guided me to a table near the entrance. Since I can't eat raw meat while pregnant, I told her that I wanted the chashu to be cooked as much as possible, and she politely asked, ``Are you okay with this?'' so I was able to eat with peace of mind. Perhaps it's the current trend, but there are many restaurants that serve rare-looking char siu. My husband loves ramen, so we go there often, but after I found out I was pregnant, there were times when I would walk into the restaurant and say, ``This place is rare,'' and then give up and leave the restaurant, so I decided to try this restaurant. I was happy with the response. Would you like to share the char siu bowl too? He asked me, and I was able to choose the parts that were cooked as much as possible and post them. Both the ramen and chashu rice bowl were rich but light and very delicious. My husband and I are talking about wanting to come again. Thank you very much for your kind consideration 😊
