Abura Soba Matsukaze Horyuji Located near Nishi-Meihan Expressway Horyuji Interchange I went to a specialty store for Tokyo Abura Soba. There is a noodle making room in the store and it will be homemade noodles. I put all the abura soba on top, and my companion put abura soba on it. I ordered a set of char siu rice bowl. All the toppings are soft-boiled eggs and more char siu. The default is 2 slices of char siu, bamboo shoots, and chopped seaweed. It had a simple configuration. According to the manual of how to eat, vinegar and chili oil twice each I turned it upside down from the bottom. Garlic, fish powder, and spicy miso items can change the taste Enjoy 😊 It's not stiff and it's surprisingly refreshing good. Thank you for the meal.

I got it all for lunch. I think it's a light type oil soba that is not oily. I personally liked the vinegar. I thought it would be a problem if I couldn't eat it all, so I didn't add rice, but even one woman was able to finish it. Next time, I would like to add rice and enjoy the remaining soup until the end. The store is very clean because it is a new store. The store clerk was also kind and comfortable.

It's crowded in Osaka, but not so crowded in Nara.
