I tried to eat and compare persimmon leaf sushi from several shops, and I liked Tanaka's persimmon leaf sushi the most. I think that it is characterized by slightly sweet vinegared rice. The saury persimmon leaf sushi that is only available in autumn (usually from September 1st to the end of October) is very delicious. You can eat as many saury sushi with the flavor of yuzu as you like.

Today, July 7th, I went to buy persimmon leaf sushi, which children love, while it was raining for Tanabata. As a reward for my daughter's final exam, she did a good job (^-^) When I talked with the store manager, I was full of gratitude for the wonderful consideration.
