Nice and clean station to arrive at for Nara Park. There are toilets here and you can also find the eki stamp here to stamp your booklet

I wanted to share my experience with the trip from and to Nara: on my way back to Kyoto...I didn't take the regular Nara line that takes an extra 15 minutes between Kyoto and Nara. Took the Rapid Miyakoji and was so comfortable and relaxed with its smooth ride. Totally opposite to the Kintetsu experience in the morning that had uncomfortable seating and a rough ride. Had chosen Kintetsu and not used JR pass because it was closer to the temples. In retrospect should have gone with the rapid Miyakoji JR line.
