Ever since I ate at Koriyama Aeon. This is my first time eating at Da Capo. It was empty, so I was able to secure a seat right away. Be careful not to pour too much sauce on the griddle as it will cool it down. It feels like I'm eating meat. was delicious. But I don't think I want to eat it every time. Once a year is fine. That's enough.

It might just be a coincidence, but today's wild steak was really delicious. The doneness, meat quality, and fat were good.
