Kashiba, Nara, Japan｜ハミングベーカリー

This was my first time visiting, and I was impressed that it was a shop run by the best baker in Kashiba. Surrounding kindergartens at late hours? Since it was a sports day and the bread was almost sold out, we were able to chat about various things (lol) They appear to be a married couple, and you can feel their sincere personality from their customer service. If you are not honest, you will be worried about the invisible parts of your work, and you will not feel secure. Naturally, the bread made by such honest bakers without cutting corners is delicious, but even more so, I felt a sense of satisfaction in eating bread made by such bakers. So if you want to buy bread around here, this is definitely the place. I believe it was cash only, and the parking lot was shared by Konan Pro.

Whenever I pass in front of the store, there are always customers...I was very interested in purchasing it! There are 3 shared parking spaces located at the entrance to Konan Pro next door. The most popular cream bread is definitely delicious~♡ I visited him at various times: morning, afternoon, and evening, but I was wondering if he grills frequently. Was it a coincidence? There was freshly baked food every time♪♪ My recent favorites for 2023 are orange peel & walnut French bread (¥300) and sweet potato baton (¥270). It has a fragrant flour aroma and a delicious chewy texture that I keep coming back to.

It's a small shop, but the owner and wife were very pleasant. Purchased bread as a souvenir from a business trip. All the breads look delicious and I'm looking forward to tomorrow's breakfast bread. P.S.: I received cooked bread (eggplant, potato, bacon, etc.) and Calpis' salt bread. I didn't like the ingredients (sorry), but I quite liked the dough. Salt bread was great! I'll add one more 😊
