More Comments at Google MapA tea shop in front of Hibara Shrine. Depending on the season, visitors are welcomed with cold shaved ice in the summer and warm zenzai in the winter. It is connected to Omiwa Shrine by a road in the mountains. Mt. Nijo can also be seen beautifully from in front of this teahouse. What I'm most grateful for is being able to enjoy the view of Hibara Shrine while enjoying a leisurely cup of tea.
I stopped by on my way to walk through the mountains. It was very hot, so I guess it was cold amazake and persimmon cake. I received it. It would be rude to say that both were unexpected, but they were very delicious! The cake was also sold as a souvenir, so I regret that I should have bought it. There was only one female clerk, but she served customers very politely. It's not a place you can easily go to, but if you ever go to the mountains, I'd definitely stop by again.
I always stop by when I visit Hibara Shrine. I recommend the rustic cake. Small souvenirs are also sold, and there are snacks that fill your stomach, which is just right. You can choose your favorite seat. Accounting at the time of serving. Cash only. You can use the toilet (flush) of Hibara Shrine. It looks like you're on Instagram (*'ω'*)
