Was it 30 years ago? It was this restaurant that introduced yakiniku to rural people in the Kanto region. Skirt steak? It was at this restaurant that I first learned that there is almost no skirt steak in the Kanto region, and it is even more delicious than short ribs (lol). The general at the counter? I still vividly remember him telling me about the bone-in ribs I was eating so poorly! I want to go again I will definitely go there before I die (lol)
