I went there for the first time since it opened. It was crowded at noon, but luckily I was able to enter without lining up. The store is clean and the food is delicious ♡ The staff are still new to me, but it can't be helped since it just opened.

The staff members have a wide perspective! It took about 5 minutes for me to ask for a refill of tea while sitting at the counter, and she frequently checked to see if the tea was low. The customer service is polite, as they carefully lower the tray of tableware after making tea. It may be that they're thorough because they just opened and it's a chain store, but I hope they continue like this.
