Kashihara, Nara, Japan｜Maru

I visited on Saturday night. There were so many types of local sake that I was confused. I'm happy to have such a wide selection of local Nara sake to choose from. All the dishes were delicious! I came here for the Asuka hotpot. The creamy soup contained both pork and chicken, and I was very satisfied. I was surprised at how stylish and delicious the seafood salad was! I was happy that the yakitori came with wasabi as a flavor change. I didn't know that yakitori and wasabi went so well together. The staff had a nice atmosphere and the service was quick and comfortable.

First visit. Bonito tataki, water eggplant tempura, and I forgot to take a picture, but grilled sea bream head. Beer & Nara's local sake. All of them are cheap and delicious. Update: Multiple visits. Horse mackerel sashimi, megochi tempura. Hot sake. Anything is delicious.

There was Nara's local sake and local cuisine. It was a nice and delicious restaurant, so it would be nice to have it as an option when you want to taste local things during sightseeing.
