Yoshino, Nara, Japan｜Hayashi's Tofu

We had a set of tofu ramen and Inari sushi during normal business hours, and a set of tofu snacks at Oni Bar. The former is light and refreshing, made with soy noodles, minced fried chicken, and yuba. The dashi stock has a gentle taste that makes you think of udon, with no oil floating on the surface. The latter was a splendid set, and it was no longer the style of a ryokan meal. We also have alcohol, so let's have one drink... No, two drinks are enough.
