Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Bar Piece of Dream

This was one of my favorite bars that we’ve experienced in Japan! The bar itself is small but it has a great atmosphere. Kyoji was very welcoming and was able to make us amazing drinks! We were able to give him either an alcohol or flavor profiles we’d wanted and he was able to create a delicious concoction. It was very easy to communicate with Kyoji as he spoke English and even gave some of his favorite local reccs for food in the area. Hands down 10/10 would recommend. Looking forward to visiting Kyoji again anytime we’re in Sapporo!

We went in with high hopes based on the reviews and we were blown away! Kyoji the owner was super knowledgeable and made amazing drinks. We were able to give him either flavor profiles or alcohols and we was able provide complex original cocktail on the spot. I highly recommend his short cocktails as each one was better than the previous with all of them being top notch. Prices were also super reasonable. The bar is behind double doors so don't miss it.

I'm very sad I was only able to visit this bar once while I was in Sapporo. The owner was very kind and hospitable, had an English menu, spoke English very well and made the most amazing cocktails! It is absolutely worth a visit while you are in Sapporo and I will visit again when I am in Sapporo!
