The Bartenders were very hospitable and knowledgeable about mixology and spirits, as well as very friendly and easy to talk to in general. Tried a range of classic cocktails which were made to perfection but highly recommend their seasonal fruit cocktails as they source delicious Japanese products and create a unique experience for the palate and eyes. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Susukino.

This cozy bar is perfect for those looking for an authentic cocktail but don't like the formal atmosphere. Both bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable not only about alcohol, but also about a variety of other things, and I learned a lot from talking with them. The cocktails made with seasonal fruits were so easy to drink and delicious that even people who don't like the taste of alcohol could enjoy them. I especially recommend the Moscow Mule as it is by far the most delicious I've ever had! It was an exquisite Moscow Mule made with carefully selected fresh ginger as well as vodka infused with ginger. I liked it so much that I think I would have become a regular if I lived in Sapporo.

The salty dog ​​was extremely delicious, and the gin and tonic was an original cocktail with a lot of attention to detail! The Yoichi 10 year old had a nice aroma and a nice flavor.
