We had the ‘standard’ ramen lunch after passing many times, always seeing a queue outside. The soup (cooked for 3 days to reduce, giving a deep, rich and delicious flavour) and the noodles (made on the premises, thick, cooked to order to perfection) arrived on the table, and we followed the instructions on how to eat to enjoy to the best experience. ほんとおいし！I now understand why so many people patiently queue to experience this; looking forward to our next visit, soon!

Menya Mitsuba + Clover is a very popular tsukemen restaurant in Kuki City. There is a parking lot opposite the store. I arrived at the store at 12:00 on Sunday and there were about 20 people in line. Purchase your meal ticket first and then stand in line. I waited for about an hour and was shown to my seat. The restaurant has table seats and counter seats. This time, I ordered a large bowl of soupy tsukemen and a special topping. The mushy dipping sauce doesn't have a monotonous taste, but is packed with the concentrated flavor of pork, chicken, vegetables, knotweed, and dried sardines, making it quite delicious. The flavor of the noodles themselves is also good. At the end, you can also enjoy soup.
