<Noodle shop Itsuki> is always crowded. I visited a little early at around 11:20, and there was already parking next to the store, but there was barely one space left in the parking lot behind the store! Safe♪ When you enter the store, you will be greeted with a pleasant welcome! The ticket vending machine seems to be malfunctioning and it is difficult to insert coins. They brought me coins to exchange. Itsuki's Japanese-style soy sauce ramen is also hard to pass up, but it's definitely miso ramen♪ Springy noodles, rich miso soup, and backfat for a mellow sweetness. Meat miso that brings out the flavor, thick menma with a good texture, and thin crispy bean sprouts It feels like the balance of all of these is the finished product. Previously, all products were priced higher and reupholstered, but in this day and age, it can't be helped! I hope you can still enjoy this ramen even if the price goes up. There is a parking lot next to the store and 6 spaces in the back. The recommended menu, Itsuki Shoyu Ramen, is a light soy sauce ramen, and the aroma of the chashu was especially good.

I think the restaurant's recommendation is the soy sauce ramen, but I like the miso ramen at this restaurant and have only ever eaten miso. My recommendation is miso ramen, but the broiled pork is also excellent. Topped with Kujo green onions, the menma is also delicious! This is one of my favorite shops. Please come and try it.
