Amazing ramen and very friendly japanese owner. The broth was thick yet not too heavy, chashu was very tender and the fat to meat ratio was perfect. Free gyoza for adding them as a friend on line too! Super value for money, highly recommend trying the basic ramen. The younger chefs were cute haha one bowl was enough to satisfy our hunger before heading to ningxia night market nearby!

A chain ramen opened in Taiwan from Japan! The signature beef bone soup ramen is delicious! But because it is a soup that generally does not adjust the concentration! It feels less intense! Kimchi fried dumplings are also delicious! But what surprised me the most was the tonkatsu! Tastes better than many chain tonkatsu restaurants! Be sure to taste it if you have the chance!

This place was some of the best ramen I've ever had. Im a ramen head also. It seems experiences are different though as I read some poor reviews completely baffled. But everything was delicious about my ramen. From the soup base, to the keen flavor of the pork in the ramen. I could taste the marination and seasoning of the pork. The sides of kimchi, chicken, and takoyaki also excellent. Served piping hot. I'm going back asap! Thank you!
