Staff are very nice even we didn’t know what we were doing half of the time :) we had great fun there. nice environment as well, recommended :D

2023.8 When I became a member of society and visited Osaka on a business trip or on a trip, I realized that this okonomiyaki was close to the real thing. Hokkaido is still far from Honshu, so in Okayama Prefecture, there is the unimaginable “Kibi dumpling”, and yakisoba is ramen noodles mixed with Worcestershire sauce and grilled. Today, for the first time in several years, I decided to make my own okonomiyaki. At the store in Osaka, if you don't say anything, it will come out baked, so when I was going to do that, I was able to make it raw in a metal cup (if you ask, it will be baked in the kitchen). By forgetting to have it grilled, I mixed it up as it was, and then hurriedly took out the pork and had to fry it first. Turn it over, turn off the heat when it's done grilling, cut it into pieces, and add toppings such as sauce and mayonnaise to your liking. The set menu is much more reasonable than Osaka.

A typical yakisoba/okonomiyaki restaurant in Sapporo. Founded in 1967, this is a locally produced okonomiyaki restaurant that uses plenty of Hokkaido ingredients. All tables have piping hot griddles, and the food tastes even better when you grill it yourself. The menu is quite simple, mainly consisting of okonomiyaki and Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, as well as flour dishes such as yakisoba and monjayaki. The okonomiyaki is made with Hokkaido flour and Japanese yam to make the dough fluffy. The texture of the finely chopped cabbage was still intact and it was delicious ◎
