I used it for lunch. I knew that hot and sour noodles can be eaten, so I wanted to try it for a long time, but this time my wish came true and I was able to visit. The address shown in GoogleMaps is in a residential area, so I wonder if there really is a Chinese restaurant in such a place. I thought, but there was a shop there. There are only table seats in the shop, so there is a sense of security that each table is separated from each other. It seemed to be a shop run by an uncle and an aunt, with the uncle in charge of cooking and serving, and the aunt in charge of serving and cleaning up. I ordered the hot and sour noodles I was looking for and it arrived in about 10 minutes. I was surprised when it came with rice. (I'm happy for those who are hungry.) Hot and sour soup noodles are made with black vinegar and have a strong sour taste, making them thicker and the noodles are straight noodles that do not stretch easily. It's rare that the ingredients are not enoki mushrooms but shimeji mushrooms. The rest was shredded tofu, bamboo shoots, and chicken. I was disappointed that it was a little dry and hard because I used chicken instead of pork, but other than that, I really liked the delicious hot and sour soup noodles. The seasoning of the soup and the feeling of the noodles were just like the Toyoken I ate in Beppu. After the meal, milk pudding with mango sauce came out as a service, and I was very happy and it was delicious. Is it only cash payment because QR payment cannot be used? (It can't be helped because it's a town Chinese restaurant run by a couple.) The parking lot was designed to park about 3 cars in front of the store. I would like to bother you again.

Tonight, I ordered fried chicken, sweet and sour pork, and shrimp chili, and it was delicious again this time. Everyone has their own taste, but personally I like it.
