Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜Tsuruga buffet dining Sapporo

Very rare (brave? foolish?) for a ¥2700 place to include self-service steak. Even the pricier places tend to gate it behind a person you need to request it from. Everything was beautiful and perfectly seasoned. The desserts were lackluster, typical buffet desserts. The creme brulee was good though. The place is also well-decorated and it was so cozy watching the snow outside while warm and eating inside. I would've expected a longer line for a place of this quality at this price, but there was none. Would come back if I'm ever in Sapporo!

Had lunch here with my family. Love the ambience and the awesome beef. Nice desserts as well. Their price increased on 1st July but it's still worthwhile in my opinion.

Really good with a large choice of food and the view was pretty cool
