Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜lien

Everything from amuse to dessert is great and delicious. Especially, asparagus soup with urchin was the best of the best. Cosy restaurant, kind people and perfect dishes. Over my expectation. The combination of French and Hokkaido ingredients is usually good, but there's something special about this place. I hope I can visit here again next season.
