Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan｜バンケット

I saw it online and thought it looked good, so I went there with a friend. The store's signboard is not conspicuous, so I feel like I might miss it (lol) At first, I mistakenly entered the apartment next door... (sorry) The French cuisine used plenty of Hokkaido ingredients, and everything was very delicious. The truffle butter on the charcoal grilled baguette was very delicious. The first cheese sable with anchovy butter made me want to drink alcohol. It was also nice to see the cooked meat before it was served. The mini parfait for dessert was also very delicious. However, towards the end, I couldn't get the spoon into the bowl... (lol) This is a store I want to go to again! The restrooms were also very clean.

I used it for lunch. The inside of the store is small, but it's limited to two groups, so it's a very cozy space. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, there were not many customers and I was able to concentrate on eating in a private room, which was great. Also, the toilet was very clean and gave me a good impression. Each dish was exquisitely seasoned and very satisfying. Also, there are many menu items that you can enjoy. The quantity is also just right. The main dish, duck meat, was extremely delicious and I was impressed. The sauce on the sole was also very delicious. Since my wife is pregnant, we had a lot of requests before coming to the store, and they were happy to accommodate them, which made us very happy. Speaking of strong, it would have been great if the staff could have explained the dishes a little more fluently. ...But it's not that I don't feel a sense of service, so it's not a big concern. There is a parking lot, but it's a little far away so you may need an umbrella on rainy days. Overall, I thought it was a very good restaurant with a good balance of price, taste, quantity, and service. I would like to visit you again if I have a chance.
