A motsuyaki restaurant located a few minutes on foot from Omiya East Exit. Excellent liver steak. It's probably because it's fresh liver, but even if it's grilled to a rare degree, you can enjoy the texture of the liver without feeling any odor. Because it is a store that can handle this fresh liver, motsuyaki and motsuni are delicious beyond expectations. The customer service is bright and recommended for drinking alone. It was definitely the best motsuyaki restaurant I've ever been to.

The inside of the store is rather small. The giblets purchased by the general were delicious and had no odor. An app is used for payment and ordering, so if you are not used to it, please ask the staff. Since someone else was doing it, cash and verbal orders should probably be fine as well.

A motsuyaki shop located right after entering Omiya Station South Ginza. Excellent freshness and very good! The skewers are of course delicious, but the motsuni and liver steak are especially delicious! If you want to eat motsuyaki in Omiya, come here!
