I went there at the same time as the store opened on weekdays, so it was easy to use, but unlike a certain store, the collapse of the story is minimal. Although there are few standard menus, there are many seasonal menus, so you can enjoy it every time you go. For example, I think it would be good to have a challenger spirit and a policy that is not defensive, such as collaborating seasonal menus with the classic chawanmushi and increasing limited menus. The tuna was half (slightly?) thawed, and the sea urchin was actually pickled in Matsumae with sea urchin, but overall, it's good from a conscientious, hygienic, and economical point of view. It's always crowded on Saturdays, Sundays, and nights, but it seems that you can just make a reservation.
