It was at this restaurant that I first learned about the sushi-only sake Tsumatsutsutsu. It slips right in and doesn't have any weird quirks, and it's clean like water and drains the fat from sushi toppings. And after getting drunk, I can wake up without a headache or feeling unwell. Until now, I didn't know much about sake, so I avoided it, but there was such a delicious sake! I was surprised and felt like I was stepping into a new world. It was a shop that I definitely wanted to visit again.

It's been a long time ago, but it's a shop that a business partner brought me. The soy sauce at that time was delicious and I remembered only the name, so I made a reservation the day before.
