Akabei has always been on my mind. This is my first time visiting this store. The store was filled with customers waiting for the store to open even before it opened at 5 p.m. After opening, the place quickly filled up. I sat at the counter and ordered a large beef tongue set meal. All the staff behind the counter were skillfully handling orders. The food arrived in no time. The contents are grilled beef tongue, barley rice, tail soup, pickled nozawana, and nanban miso. The beef tongue is very soft, and the moment you bite into it, the flavorful meat juices fill your mouth and it's insanely delicious! 🐮 The tail soup has a good dashi stock and is also delicious. Of course, pickled Nozawana and Nanban miso are also delicious. It's nice that you can get unlimited refills of barley rice (*^_^*) I immediately had a second helping🍚 In order to be sure to enjoy the food at the restaurant, we recommend arriving early or making a reservation before the restaurant opens. This is my favorite place to eat beef tongue in Tomakomai, or even Hokkaido, and I've been coming back to it many times! You can enjoy crispy beef tongue at a reasonable price.
