A Japanese family-style small restaurant with not many seats in the store and full of human touch. The beef tongue is grilled directly over charcoal fire by the master chef himself. It is just right in thickness and has a soft, juicy texture with a little elasticity and full aroma. The barley rice🍚 is sweet. It’s delicious. I thought the oxtail clear soup would be chewy but it was unexpectedly soft and tender. The soup is refreshing and sweet. I like this restaurant so much❤️❤️❤️Because I will leave Sapporo early tomorrow morning, I specially brought a takeaway lunch box back to the hotel to eat. , when I was about to leave, my old boss gave me a Halloween gift 🥰. Today’s dinner added to the happiness of my solo trip!
