Midsummer Day of the Ox on Sunday. I called on Friday to have eel from my favorite eel restaurant, but they said they were full on Saturdays and Sundays. I took out on Monday, a day late! I threw up a family portion on top of the Unaju. I am very satisfied with the fluffy and crispy gentle taste. Pickles and soup are also included, making it a luxurious dinner!

"Unagiya" who has been here many times. The children have returned home, so I came after a long time in response to the request 🥳 After all, it is crowded during the Obon season ⤴️🤣 The shop itself does not take reservations, so I went early, but I waited for 40 minutes😅 I wonder if there were quite a lot of takeout 😊 I ate the hitsumabushi three times, enjoying three different flavors as the instructions said. It was delicious🥰 I also got to taste the Unajuage, but it was more plump than the Hitsumabushi eel 🤔 Well in the end both were delicious 🤩
