Visited for lunch on Saturday. The store was fairly crowded, but we entered without lining up. I ordered the pork loin cutlet. The potato pig is from Chiba and apparently grew up eating sweet potatoes. I ordered this because I was drawn to the description that the meat was sweet and tender. The batter was crispy, the meat was really soft, and it was really delicious. From my seat at the counter, I could see the meat being prepared in the kitchen, and it looked like they were very careful in preparing the meat. I think it's worth it to get such a soft pork cutlet. A restaurant I would like to visit again and recommend.

I came here once before and was so impressed with the taste that I came back the next month. The shop has regular tonkatsu and tonkatsu made with branded meat, but when I tried them on my two visits and compared them, they were completely different. The branded meat was tender at first, and when I bit into it, the deliciousness of the meat spread throughout my mouth, and I was amazed that tonkatsu could ever be so delicious. There are sauces available for seasoning, but the restaurant recommends using salt from Okinawa, which actually allows you to enjoy the stronger flavor of the meat. Although there are employees, frying is a one-man operation by the owner, so it takes time. I haven't been there during lunch time, but it seems that they have lunch and the prices are reasonable, so it seems to be crowded at noon, but less crowded in the evening around 18:30-19:00. There are over 10 different brands of pork, and in addition to the regular cutlet, I tasted and compared two different brands of pork, and both were delicious. There's probably nothing wrong with that. Since they use famous brand pork, the price is high. It costs more than twice as much as regular tonkatsu (more than 2000 yen). However, the value and taste is definitely worth it. If you think of it as a once-a-month luxury, I think it's a restaurant that you can fully enjoy and enjoy. It's on a completely different level from the tonkatsu I've eaten before, so I highly recommend you come and try it.
