We use buckwheat flour from Hokkaido, and the soba sauce is made with our recipe from Fukushima Katsuo Co., Ltd. in Kyoto. The craftsmanship has created the best product called [Inaka Soba Thick Noodles]!

I disturbed you for the first time. With a kind announcement from a female clerk, my wife ordered Kashiwa soba country noodles and I ordered Tororo soba thin noodles without raw eggs. I enjoyed the hot soup stock and flavorful soba noodles. The atmosphere of the store was very good, and the background music was old Western music, and I had a very comfortable time. I also watched YouTube. Also, if there is an opportunity, I would like to disturb you. There was no tissue paper at the seat, but it was a pity. Also, I think the hurdle is that the price is a little high. I can't help but provide delicious and safe food 😅

I went to this place by chance, but it seemed like a traditional soba restaurant. I could feel the spirit of craftsmanship haha. It was a lot of food and it was really delicious👍 Thank you for your consideration and kindness😊
