I've been wondering about it for a long time, so I went alone! It's so good! A sushi-like restaurant that does not rotate. It feels like only the regulars' old men (who seem to have a little money) are sitting at the counter and talking about locals. I sat down and understood the reason why there was a "no infants allowed" at the entrance. There are 2 types of menus. Pine tempura or regular tempura? It's the first time I've seen it, so I'm going to go to the normal 1,500 yen. (Maybe Matsu was 1,980?) Delicious pickles were served with tea, and when I was able to replenish a good amount of salt, rice and red miso clam soup (the size of clams and the exquisite taste of red miso!) appeared. Then the shrimp tempura was served. It was so delicious that I chewed it up to the tail. One after another, the tempura is fried at the perfect timing, and I was able to fully enjoy the "luxury of adults"! It is a restaurant that cuts waste in both food and space.
