Only omakase courses are available. The course content is filled with the master's particular preferences, and each dish is made with careful work and carefully selected ingredients. The meal begins with appetizers such as a small bowl of salmon roe, baby leaves, nodoguro and horse sashimi, and then the tempura is fried one by one. The horse sashimi is raw and shipped directly from Kumamoto, and it's something you can't really eat in the Kanto region, so it's very delicious. The tempura was all delicious, and in my opinion, the soft fried squid and abalone, the fragrant sea bream fried with its scales, the sea urchin roll topped with plenty of sea urchin, and the conger eel with fried bones were especially delicious. As a side note, I was captivated when I heard that they go to draw water from a spring 30 kilometers away for cooking and other purposes. I was interested to see that they really take care of their food. Choose a dish of rice to finish off your meal. This is a restaurant that has been highly rated and I would like to come back again.

I was able to spend a luxurious time being captivated by the gentle and kind owner and each and every dish. The best part of being at the counter is being able to see the moment when the ingredients are turned into food. The proprietress' knife skills were also superb. There is a wide lineup of sake, and depending on the progress of the course, we received about 7 types of sake in total. I was impressed that even the dessert was tempura!
