Go here. If you're visiting Sapporo, go to Sapporo Factory and go here. If you live here, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I had the herring. Slow smoked and dried then finished over charcoal. With their proprietary "soup" poured on my herring and the dashi poured in my rice, I was in heaven. Such great, balanced flavours. Meal and a beer came to about ¥2000 yen per person. Miso soup with tiny clams was also wonderful. Sad that I came here on my last day and won't make it back. Wonderful, welcoming and helpful staff to my travel companion and I and our limited Japanese and Google Translate.

Food was good and bang for your buck! 1320 yen for 3 pieces of grilled fish in 3 ways. Also ordered salmon don with ikura as well. Good portion size and filling at the end of the meal

The grilled fish set meal is very tasty and cost effective. The quantity is so large that some Japanese may not be able to finish it. I would like to use this restaurant again when I visit Sapporo.
